ReArch Company has started construction on the new FedEx Ground Distribution facility at Technology Park. The Whales Tails will remain open to the public throughout the duration of the project, and walking trails will still be available on the right-hand side of the Whales Tails as you are walking up to them. Technology Park Signs Agreement for Solar Power
Technology Park Partners signed an agreement with South Ridge Solar Park, LLC to utilize clean renewable solar energy from their recently developed 500kw solar array in Middlebury, VT, which started producing electricity on 9/27/19. Technology Park is offsetting the majority of their electricity usage at two of their buildings through a group net metering agreement. A typical fire house tradition is to make a shirt that represents a station, or fire house. Technology Park has secured a new tenant at 30 Community Drive, Kestrel Coffee Roasters. Kestrel Coffees will be opening up a cafe with roasting operations at Technology Park. Construction by ReArch Company will begin towards the end of the summer, for an early 2019 move in date.
