Technology Park Partners signed an agreement with South Ridge Solar Park, LLC to utilize clean renewable solar energy from their recently developed 500kw solar array in Middlebury, VT, which started producing electricity on 9/27/19. Technology Park is offsetting the majority of their electricity usage at two of their buildings through a group net metering agreement. We are thrilled to announce that we have secured NBC 5 as a new tenant! They will be  moving into our 30 Community Drive Building in South Burlington, Vermont in 2019. NBC 5’s tenant fit up was designed by Scott + Parters Architecture with ReArch Company acting as the Construction Manager.
