Technology Park has secured a new tenant at 30 Community Drive, Kestrel Coffee Roasters. Kestrel Coffees will be opening up a cafe with roasting operations at Technology Park. Construction by ReArch Company will begin towards the end of the summer, for an early 2019 move in date. Starting on July 2, 2018, Kestrel Coffees will open up a kiosk in the same building, serving coffee, tea beverages, retail bags of coffee, snacks and merchandise until construction has been completed.
Owners, Charlotte and Johnny Steverson recently moved to South Burlington from Hastings-on-Hudson, NY, where they gained nearly 10 years of coffee experience. Johnny is a New England Culinary Institute graduate and a certified coffee grader.
Kestrel Coffee Roasters will focus on coffees that are high quality and sustainably sourced; a variety of single origins and blends will be available both at the cafe as well as for retail and wholesale customers.
Their kiosk will have drip coffee, all espresso beverages, cold brew, tea, iced tea, snacks, and retail bags of coffee for sale. It will be in place until their final cafe and roasting location is complete. You can find them right outside the entrance to the UVM Medical Offices for now, and once construction has been completed they will be located next door to Planet Fitness.
Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am-3:00pm to start. To Learn More about Kestrel Coffee Roasters, please visit: https://www.kestrelcoffees.com
