Technology Park has secured a new tenant at 30 Community Drive, Kestrel Coffee Roasters. Kestrel Coffees will be opening up a cafe with roasting operations at Technology Park. Construction by ReArch Company will begin towards the end of the summer, for an early 2019 move in date. Starting on July 2, 2018, Kestrel Coffees will open up a kiosk in the same building, serving coffee, tea beverages, retail bags of coffee, snacks and merchandise until construction has been completed. New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) has decided to consolidate many of their operations into the purchase of 88 Technology Park Way, Technology Park’s most recently constructed and architecturally prominent office building.
