Kestrel Coffee Roasters to Open New Cafe and Roasting Operations at Technology Park!
Technology Park has secured a new tenant at 30 Community Drive, Kestrel Coffee Roasters. Kestrel Coffees will be opening up a cafe with roasting operations at Technology Park. Construction by ReArch Company will begin towards the end of the summer, for an early 2019 move in date. Starting on July 2, 2018, Kestrel Coffees will open up a kiosk in the same building, serving coffee, tea beverages, retail bags of coffee, snacks and merchandise until construction has been completed. NBC 5 Moves to Technology Park in 2019
We are thrilled to announce that we have secured NBC 5 as a new tenant! They will be moving into our 30 Community Drive Building in South Burlington, Vermont in 2019. NBC 5’s tenant fit up was designed by Scott + Parters Architecture with ReArch Company acting as the Construction Manager. New England Federal Credit Union Acquires New Corporate Office within Technology Park!
New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) has decided to consolidate many of their operations into the purchase of 88 Technology Park Way, Technology Park’s most recently constructed and architecturally prominent office building. The core & shell of this 54,000 square foot building has already been completed to the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard.
