Technology Park, “Home of the Whales Tails” is thrilled to host The Community Closet event fundraiser to support “Enough is Enough” at our office park in South Burlington, VT on Friday, August 17th, 2018 from 10:00am-3:00 pm. This cash only event will be held at 30 Community Drive, which is occupied by our tenant and event sponsor, Aspenti Health ™.
The Community Closet is a pre-owned clothing sale featuring reasonably priced pre-owned clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, men and children! All sales will support Phil Lacroix on his “Enough is Enough” Hike to Fight for Recovery where he will be running the entire Long Trail, 273+ miles, over a 10-day span in late August to raise money for recovery from Substance Use Disorder.
All money raised will go to Vermont Foundation of Recovery and Vermont Recovery Networks, two organizations that provide sober housing and transitional homes for people in recovery from substance use disorder.
Technology Park will be coordinating the food trucks for the event, which will entail Mac’s Sugar Shack, and Lake Champlain Chocolate’s ice cream truck! Another tenant located inside 30 Community Drive, Kestrel Coffees will be donating $1 per beverage that is purchased at the event to support this great cause.
Help Phil reach his goal of raising $50,000 by partaking in this fun, rain or shine event that will support recovery in our community.
